I'm brave, as you can see, I'm in Fenway Park, Boston, with not one but two NY baseball team logos on my cap. I guess you could say I’m a risk taker or a fool! I’m also lucky. The little pup is George who adopted me in January 2020. We all know what happened the following March. He is chihuahua and yorkie, some call him a double threat, I call him Jorge Bowie. He’s an original!

I’m also fortunate for a rewarding career. As a player and coach, I've been able to grow designers into design leaders while working alongside them and their teams, sharing my expertise to solve problems for people and create value for organizations.

I follow a human centered design process to deliver UX assets that support and communicate designs to partners and stakeholders. Proficient in mixed method research, I've led qualitative and quantitative research from planning to insight generation for product development.

Known as a strong design coach, my ability to mentor goes beyond designers to product managers, engineers, and agile coaches. I nurture a robust network where I can be an advisor and be advised. It's a pleasure to work with so many talented people!
